Black locust Honey

Black locust honey, also called acacia honey, is one of the lightest and most delicate honeys. Its aroma is clean, sweet, and gently floral with a transparency that heavier honeys lack.

In perfumery, it adds a refined, light sweetness without the dark, animalic qualities of darker honey varieties. It pairs with white flowers, vanilla, and soft musks.
